Our Journey: From Founders to Industry Leaders
Founded in 2019, Array was built by a group of seasoned experts with decades of experience in legal technology and eDiscovery. Our journey began long before Array, with the co-founding of Advanced Discovery in 2005, a leader in eDiscovery services. The founders continued their mission to innovate, co-founding Inservio3 in 2017, focused on providing cutting-edge discovery services.
In 2019, we took the next bold step by merging Innovative Litigation with Inservio3 to create Array, bringing all the Advanced Discovery founders back together.
Over the years, we have continued to expand and evolve, acquiring Gnoesis Group in 2021 to strengthen our document review expertise, followed by the acquisition of Maven in 2022 to enhance our eDiscovery capabilities.
In 2023, Acorn Legal Solutions and Litigation Solutions Inc. joined the Array family, further expanding our comprehensive eDiscovery solutions.
In 2024, we expanded our footprint with the acquisition of Ricoh eDiscovery, solidifying our presence in both the U.S. and Canada.
More recently, in 2025, we grew our footprint again, with the acquisition of Altlaw in the UK.
